Status asthmaticus management in the setting of COVID suspected childrens

I work in the PICU and was wondering how are you all management status asthmaticus in the setting of the COVID pandemic. Our general approach was continuous neb albuterol via high flow, but given it is an aerosol-generating procedure, we are now we are starting with terbutaline sooner and then q1 albuterol with MDI to limit aerosol production. Interested in hearing what other have to say on the same.

Or are there any better ideas out there?
