Guidelines for RRT for COVID19

Is there any special guidelines for RRT for COVID19 patients?

In our facility we are trying to keep the euvolemic as much as possible. Keep their 24 hour I/O balanced.
This is difficult because occasionally they are transferred from the floor where they get resuscitated with liters of fluid first.

Hi @Rabouelella. I agree with @julius.g.balogh we are doing net even for the first 24 and then if bp tolerates, try for negative 500 to 1000. We use pressors like norepi plus/minus vasopressin to facilitate fluid removal.
