How is your facility handling communications regarding COVID-19? Daily newsletters? GoTo Meeting updates? Online discussion rooms? How are you ensuring that the most important information goes out to everyone that needs it, while also making sure your employees are not facing email-exhaustion?
This is a great question and unfortunately I do not have a great answer.
There is definitely ‘email fatigue’, however our program director, tries as much as possible to summarize the highlights of the ‘multiple’ emails and has a zoom conference either every day or other day with ppt slides (god bless her) and then sends a summary email of the topics discussed with questions that were raised.
